There’s Something In The Water
I know that many of you can relate to the benefits you receive when you spend the day at the beach, especially when it comes to purifying your skin. I can speak from experience on many many occasions when all I needed was to spend the day in the ocean and my skin would clear up, one time I had a annoying spot on the bottom of my foot, and just like that, gone! I assume it’s the combination of the salt water and sun, the exfoliation from the sand particles etc, so I wanted to know more and I did a little research to see if my theory would was true, here is a little of what I did learn.
