- You can transfer your unused treatments to another month (1 time within a 4 month consecutive time frame.)
- You can GIFT your membership - to a friend (1 time within a 4 month consecutive time frame.) Must be used within 2 months of gifting.
- You can cancel your membership any time after the initial 4 month membership agreement, otherwise it will auto-renew, allowing you to maintain your membership status longer.

Why the Modern Age Membership is different:
There is no sign-up fee, initiation fee or cancellation fee.
Membership entitles you to a full deluxe (45 min or 60 min) facial of your choice. *Ultra Custom Facial is not permitted.
If you cannot make it for your service one month, you can carry it over to the following month or you may convert your Membership into gift cards. ( one time in a four month period)
Your membership is auto renewed after the 4 months unless you cancel. Your Membership may be cancelled for any reason with 30-Day’s Notice. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or dropped off at the studio or you may email your request to
Your credit card will be billed each month after membership activation (first debit will be the DATE of the first facial -if paying by credit card - and then on the 1st (first) day of each month remaining. You MUST have a valid credit card to be kept on file for monthly payments in order to sign up for this membership.
If you cannot find a booking time that suits you within our normal operating hours we will help provide a time outside the typical opening hours to accommodate you with notification and approval.

Modern Age Aesthetics & Wellness Membership Policy
Please arrive on time or 5 minutes in advance of appointment.
Please Check In at the front Reception area by dialing Modern Age. If it is your first visit with us for any treatment you will need to fill out forms for our records, allow 10 minutes.
As a courtesy, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service.
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment with the Modern Age, anyone under age 18 seeking a service must have their parent or guardian book the appointment.
*When transferring any treatment to another month it will be for the value of your special pricing under the membership only. Transferring your treatment(s) to a friend of family member will be given as a gift card for the monetary value of the service only and cannot be combined with any other discount or special.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest treatments. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time with or with out notice.
Modern Age Aesthetics & Wellness accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Modern Age gift cards, & bank debit cards, cash. NO personal checks.
Modern Age Aesthetics & Wellness gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen. Donation certificates are non-transferable.
All service sales and gift card sales are FINAL .
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 7 days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be issued in Store credit only. Store credit must be used the same day as the return.If a treatment is desired then it may be scheduled for another day.
At Modern Age's discretion, some non-receipted returns accompanied by a photo ID may qualify to receive a gift card for the lowest selling price. All returns are subject to system verification.
Membership Cancellation Policy
There is NO refund for services even after cancelling
1. Cancellations MUST be done via email on file. Cancellation cannot be done verbally. This is to maintain the integrity of the agreement, and in no way was established to bring difficulty to cancelling agreements.
2. Cancellation does not warrant customer any refunds on past charges. It will only stop future payments from being charged.
3. When membership is cancelled, any treatments, accumulated roll over treatments, or membership benefits will be determined void/cancelled the date cancellation is requested.
4. We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 24 hours (prior to your appointment) to reschedule/cancel any appointment. For group and package appointment, 48 hours prior to your appointment is required to reschedule or cancel. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session.
